How early do you arrive before the event to set up?

Our arrival time depends on the size and style of your event. For smaller, more casual gatherings of around 25 guests, we typically arrive about 40 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up. For larger or more formal events—especially those with 500 or more guests—we arrive up to 4 hours in advance to ensure everything is perfectly prepared. We tailor our setup timing to meet the needs of your event, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

What’s included in your pricing (setup, cleanup, travel fees)?

Our pricing is designed to be clear and inclusive. It typically covers food preparation, setup, and basic cleanup after the event. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and distance from our base of operations. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote based on your event’s needs, including any additional services such as serving staff, upgraded rentals, or extended setup time. Are your tortillas and salsas made in-house?
